NSA NE Social Media Policy |
As an award-winning chapter of the National Speakers Association, our mission at NSA New England is to help members enhance their professionalism and grow their speaking businesses.
Members of NSA New England must also be members in good standing of the National Speakers Association and subscribe to the standards of excellence and ethics established by that organization.
NSA New England informally began in 1984 when Paul Micali, a charter member of NSA, encouraged speakers in New England to meet. The chapter was chartered in 1985 as NESA (the New England Speakers Association) and met mainly as a social club with Mark Campbell as President. In 1986, Charlene Shea, CSP, shared her vision of the group as a successful and active chapter. Through Charlene’s vision and action, her dream became a reality and today, NSA New England is one of the largest and most active chapters of the National Speakers Association.
NSA New England is your local resource of approximately 100 members who are experts that speak professionally. Our members have expertise on a variety of topics, industries and disciplines. The skill sets of NSA New England experts include consulting, training, keynote presentations, facilitation, coaching, etc. Many of our members are published authors.
The common thread in our work is that we are all experts that speak professionally and are available to serve your goals, your organization’s objectives and your audience members’ needs.
Whether a meeting, conference, convention, seminar workshop or brainstorming session, formal or informal, we have an expert in our chapter that will meet your needs. We are also connected to an amazing national and global network of professional experts as well.
Our members provide both technical skills as well as soft skills (customer service, sales training, etc.). We are humorists who are funny and fun, as well as informative industry experts. There are futurists and down-home realists; all are local in New England and many travel the globe to present programs.
Please check out ‘find a speaker’ to search for a speaking professional by topic or keyword.
Our goal is to provide you with a return on your meeting investment and work to ensure everything runs smoothly. Please contact any of our members directly or our chapter administrator with further details about your meeting or event.
We look forward to collaborating with you to make your next program or event a success.
