Shawn spent ten years as an Officer and F-16 Fighter Pilot in the United States Air Force, and served throughout the Pacific, Europe and Middle East. His combat experience includes tours of duty in Operations Northern Watch, Southern Watch, Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. After separating from the United States Air Force, Shawn began a career in professional sales and marketing, with extensive experience in the mortgage, healthcare technology, finance, and public safety industries, and has become a top producer in each organization for which he has worked. After successfully adapting his "win at all costs" attitude from his days of flying high performance jets in combat, Shawn was soon asked to assist sales organizations that were struggling to meet their sales goals. Helping organizations "Unleash Their Inner Fighter Pilot", Shawn's creative application of Fighter Pilot principles continues to turn average sales reps into top performing Aces! Shawn is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, and earned an International MBA in Organizational Performance while living in Europe. He is currently working on his Ph.D. in Organizational Performance.
