Nomalanga is the reigning Mrs. Botswana Earth 2012. She is also the first ever Mrs. Botswana World and held the title from 2010 to 2011. In addition to the community service work that she uses her Mrs. Botswana title to do, Nomalanga is a wife, mother and professional speaker. Nomalanga serves as the Principle and founder of NOMA UNlimited where she offers success and personal development programs. She also serves as an Assistant Professor at a local College, teaching Hospitality Leadership and Management courses as well as a Learning Community Seminar course she designed for women of color. Her goal is to equip her students with sound Leadership skills and an "unstoppable", entrepreneurial mind set. Nomalanga also serves as a mentor in the Hospitality Mentor Program where she aspires to help young men and women make the right decisions to accelerate their careers. Nomalanga was educated in the US and holds a Master's degree in Teaching and her undergraduate studies also include a concentration in Psychology. She was recently nominated for the Network Journal's 2010 Twenty Five Influential Black Women in Business Award. Nomalanga is also a self proclaimed "compulsive writer" and has published over 100 blogs and articles on Leadership, Personal Development, Diversity and issues pertaining to Black women.
