Since 1996 as a consultant, coach and facilitator/speaker Juan has helped Fortune 500 enhanced employee commitment by assessing workplace practices, behaviors and policies for performance barriers and helping implement intervention measures. A former international chief human resources executive, he is bilingual and author of such thought provoking articles as The Myth of A Balanced Life, Stupid Mistakes Union Free Companies Make and The New 3Rs of Leadership: Relevancy, Relationships and Resiliency.
As a speaker his presentations are tastefully entertaining. In “Much of What I Know About Life and Managing People I Learned In Spanish Harlem” he links stories from his business career and childhood days in New York City’s El Barrio…to making change and diversity work and improving leadership skills.
