Barbara, an internationally known speaker, author, consultant and president of Barbara Glanz Communications, Inc., is an expert in the areas of customer service, motivation and retention, change, and blending work and home.
In July 2002, the National Speakers Association elected Barbara to their Board of Directors. She has a Master's Degree in Adult Education and is one of only 448 speakers worldwide to hold the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation. Meeting Professionals International (MPI) selected her as one of only 34 Platinum level speakers worldwide in 2001. Barbara has spoken in 48 states and five continents in the last six years.
